How long does a sports physical take?
Most sports physicals at VeraSage are completed in about 20–30 minutes, including the exam and paperwork.
Do you complete the UIL PPE form?
Yes. Our providers complete the official UIL Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation form during the visit. Bring your school's copy — we also keep blank forms on hand.
What ages do you see?
We see student-athletes from kindergarten through college, including youth league, cheer, dance, camp, and adult recreational sports participants.
Do I need insurance?
